Greetings - I followed the video posted to troubleshoot this issue, and it appeared to work at first.
However, now the stem is locked in place but does not engage the gears to wind the movement and only pulls out to the first position. I’ve already tried to find a “release” button or lever but cannot locate.
Any ideas on how to release the stem and try again?
