8215 dial for lum

Hello, I am assembling a watch that will need a sandwich dial that comes with no lum. Preferably, is like to find a white dial, then use black baton hands and simply re-lum those hands myself.

My question is, where can I get a white, sandwich dial that has no lum?

I will be using a Myota 8215 movement.

You can always scrap away the lume on the sandwich dial if you want, then apply whatever color you want
