A lesson for everyone else: I scratched the case

I wasn’t careful when I screw the case back in, and the tool slipped in my hand.

A big fat scratch. Luckily it’s the case back, so no one except my conscience would notice.

So a lesson to you all: really push the case opener against the case, and THEN screw. Don’t hurry. Make sure it’s tight. The video warned me and I didn’t listen.

Let that be a lesson

Well that sucks. Is it a deep scratch? If not, you might be able to buff it away with some polishing compound (and some elbow grease)

Not sure what’s considered “deep”. But I can feel it with my finger. Pretty obvious too.

Well I guess that’s another thing that I can work on in my off time
