Bracelet has not been shipped and support is not reacting to my emails.

Hi,

I ordered the set:
„Coke" Diver Dress GMT Watch Kit | Stainless Stain Bracelet | Ceramic Red-Black GMT Bezel | DWC-D03

And some custom parts.

I received the package begin of January, but unfortunately the Bracelet is missing.

I contacted the support and they asked me to send pictures from the package. I did so and also send 6 emails, but they are ignoring my emails.

Any ideas on that?
