Help! I was assembling the diver watch with the Seiko movement, and when I got to the point of removing the crown and stem so that the mechanism could be installed in the case the stem broke and now I’m left with half of the stem stuck inside the mechanism.
Any ideas about what I can do to fix this? Thanks!
I vaguely remember reading a post on their blog on this problem, you can google it perhaps

I had the exact same thing happen. I wasn’t applying much pressure. Super frustrating. Does anyone know if there is a replacement stem available, cut to the correct length, if I can get this one out?
