I have purchased two watches from this company. The first one was perfectly assembled by my grandson and impressed a good friend of mine. The second I purchased for my impressed friend and had my grandson assemble it and turns out it seems a part is missing. We have tried contacting diy but it’s been a long time and no results. Service and attention to the customer is terrible and frustrating. It cost a good deal of money and I get no respect or response. What is worse is that my young grandson and his parents have tried valiantly to get some kind of human response and it has been a miserable experience. My grands son’s disappointment is painful to watch but I guess it’s a lesson in trust. Do not expect any support or care from this company. Pay your money , hopefully get your package (complete or incomplete ) and don’t expect any support thereafter. Maybe there’s a better supplier of a product like this.
