My (Flight) crystal has a hairline crack about 8-10 mm long. It was putchesed on Tuesday, Aug 8th, 2023. How can I get a replacement?

The skeleton diver watch I ordered in January also shipped with a cracked and damaged crystal. I’ve emailed two different accounts at DIY and nobody has responded. The kit is super cool and your marketing is awesome, but there’s nobody to contact about the damaged goods you send. Too bad.
