Hi, I recently recieved a kit, only to find the dial has flaked off/damaged paint. I have messaged the team aswell as the suggested Jeff email but had no responce… how lond does it normally take to get a reply ?
I tried to include an image but it gets denied when uploading.

The same situation has happened to my DIY kit, I have sent to emails already with a least 4 images of the dial, still no word from the DIY Club.

I finally finished my Christmas present. I put my watch together. it took about 4 hours with a break in the middle to get the magnifying lenses because it took 20 minutes to put in the smallest screws I have ever seen. I would have never been able to put the second hand on without the lenses, but it still took about an hour. Unfortunately it doesn’t run for more than 10 minutes. Still waiting to hear from DIY watch club to see if they will fix it. Customer service is non existent. They sent me an email with steps to try and i have. it still doesn’t work. I haven’t heard anything else from them.
