Hello, I just received the Pilot watch kit and my dial is too big for the case. Not new to watch building and know this won’t fit. I wrote an email to customer service early this week but no response as of yet. This was a gift and would like to get this resolved soon so I can wear it out.

In the similar boat i bought the coke gmt as a gift, arrived, inspected it and the pro box is broken, no response to email inquiry, i had to comment my issues on instagram posts of theirs to get a response, the birthday is less than 2 weeks away
My guess is the holiday season is coming and they are probably busier than usual. I sent them an email regarding my order a few months ago and they responded swiftly.
