Stem will pull out to 1st position and I can adjust the date but when I pull out to send position and rotate clockwise, no matter how long I rotate the dial, the date will not advance to put the movement in the position where I can properly position the hour and minute hands. I’ve turned the stem for 2-4 minutes non-stop without date advancing. Please advise.
Edit: It appears this miyata movement does not advance the date by moving clockwise but counter clockwise - which I though wasn’t the case for the 8xxx movements. Oh well, now I now!
