Stem will pull out to 1st position and I can adjust the date but when I pull out to send position and rotate clockwise, no matter how long I rotate the dial, the date will not advance to put the movement in the position where I can properly position the hour and minute hands. I’ve turned the stem for 2-4 minutes non-stop without date advancing. Please advise.
