My oscillator isn’t spinning. Ive tried all sorts of things like taking the hand out and replacing the hand. Ive tried spinning the hand till the cows come home. How do i go about through the warranty issue and getting a replacement? Or do i have to order a whole new complete set.
Oh that sounds scary. Did it arrive not working or did you find out only midway through the process?
I messed up mine by pressing onto the balance wheel during installation (which I found out is a big no no…) I decided to order a replacement movement from them instead. I just chalk that off as my stupidity tax lol

Didn’t take long for it to arrive. I learned from the last time and be VERY careful with the movement, and this time around it worked and I have a new watch!
