Hey there, I’m new. I just got my watch Kit this week. It has the GMT movement and I noticed while working to put it together the tool to install the GMT hand was not included so I went ahead and purchased one online.
Where I’m stuck is I’m following the instructions. I move The movement until the date adjusts and then I install the GMT hand at the 12 o’clock position. The instructions say to then pull the crown out and move the GMT hand around once and that the date should change once the hand hits around the 12 o’clock mark. The problem is on mine. The date is moving at the 9 o’clock mark.
I have taken the hand off twice and followed the instructions yet every time when the hand sweeps around at nine it moves the Date.
Any suggestions?
