Just want to share my experience on fixing sign up. If you can’t sign up or login to get to the video instruction, this might help you.
It was my cookie setting. Just turn off “block all cookie” and “Prevent cross-site tracking”.
FYI I was using Safari, which they did warn me not to use. Just me a dumbass who doesn’t read instruction.
