I have the Expedition GMT kit with a custom dial (i.e., not the sandwich dial). I need to know if I have seated the movement completely in the movement holder. The dial extends above the edge of the movement holder, as does just slight bit of the movement itself (though it seems secure). Is that correct, or do I need to push it lower into the movement holder?
Are you referring to the plastic movement ring that acts as a spacer between the movement and the case?
(Also, I assume you’ve already resolved this!! This is one of those fun problems that is easy to try different ways to see what’s perfect.)
