Missing parts?

My wonderful wife gave me a 40mm Crystal Dial Dive Watch Kit for Christmas. I watched all the videos, and got ready to start assembling the watch, but I can’t find the dial feet pins to mount the dial on the movement. The video showed what the pins look like and how they go in, but I can’t find them.

Where are they supposed to be located in the kit? I looked through everything I could find, and it looks like I have all the other parts, but I cannot find the pins.

I’m hoping I just haven’t found them yet, but I suspect they forgot to include the pins in my kit. My wife sent an email to them, but got an automated response saying they are on vacation.

The pins were missing from my 42mm kit also. I used a couple of small sections of double sided tape and it worked out fine. I’ve had to do this with another build (not DWC) that had the dial feet soldered in the wrong location.

I’ve used double-sided tape as well, cut to size. The ‘correct’ product are some fancy glue dots, but just normal tape I use for wrapping gifts has served admirably. Even with the pins, it’s not always enough to keep the dial secured, so IMO a good idea in general.
