Movement Spacer-Holder missing from kit

Hello,
I’ve seen others with this issue on this forum and I seem to be one of the unfortunate ones who got the kit, but the motion was missing the plastic holder - very frustrating if you can believe it. How can I go about either purchasing one or receiving one?

You can ask them via email. From what I see here, they are pretty quick on sending out a replacement to you, so nothing to worry about
