Pilot watch

While trying to remove the crown fitted to the time piece so as to put in new crown the stem has snapped and left part of the shank in the watch. Any help please

I had the same thing happen. I tried for about three hours, and could not get the end of the old stem out of the movement. Ended up buying a whole new NH35 movement off of Ebay to save frustration.

A while ago I came across this blog post from DWC. How to Get a Broken Stem Out of a Watch | DIY Watch Club

I managed to tap it out. Give it a try
