I follow the teaching video to remove stem, crown, but they look like different version(video is NH35). I can’t find the spot to press to remove. Does anyone have the same experience as me?
Solved!! Finally I found have to press the crown to work status the spot will show up
And that button can be hard to hit! When I can’t get to engage after five minutes, my wife likes to float by and hit it on her first try 
I’ve also bent my tweezers using them as the tool. I think that’s a mistake. I might need to add an awl to my kit just for that purpose!
