I have a 40 mm retro diver that I shattered the crystal (acrylic) on. DIY’s solution was to get a new case, so I did, and I’ve shattered the new one. I’d like to replace the crystal myself, but I’m unsure of the compatible size. I think it measures 30.7mm but I want to be sure before ordering the crystal.
The new case also didn’t fit the bezel mods for the case neither.
Did you ever find a replacement? I’m in the same situation: DWC-D01 crystal cracked. It’s 31.3mm x 2.8mm sapphire. This seems to be a weird size; I can find 31.0 and 31.5mm only.
Do I need to replace the gasket too?
I could probably replace the case for not much more, but I’d like the learning experience.

I’ve taken it to a local watch repair shop. I should find out soon if they have a fit.
