I bought a watch kit was great, i order one as a gift, it arrives, inspect before wrapping, pro box wont close all the way and latch closed, broken, email them no response, comment on instagram finally get a response, swear theyll get me a replacement, replacement comes, box latch button had broken off and was rattling around in the packaging with the spring, i wouldnt care, but this is a gift, and i have a week to figure a solution
My box arrived with a broken latch also. 
My box arrived with the button and spring loose in the package box also. You can try to put the spring into the button hole and screw the button in. I did that and the latch was fixed and held the box lid shut.
