Hi, I’m having trouble disconnecting the stem from the Tourbillion movement in order to put into case. Pressing the button (as noted on instructions) does not seem to move or release the stem. Is there any tricks/particular methods to do this with the Tourbillion movement? Any thoughts or help gratefully welcome.
