Wrong Parts

I was building my watch a week ago, and while I was in the process I realized I was sent the wrong colour dial. This really ruined the (otherwise enjoyable) experience of making the watch. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service to ask if there is anything to be done with no response.

I have no idea what to do at this point as I would really like the other colour dial (the colour that I ordered).
