Hi, I’ve just received my Kit today and try to follow the Video and Instruction guide.
I’m currently having an understanding problem with the hour wheel spring installation step.
The instruction shows on pic 1 this: Link to pic 1
on pic 3 this: Link to pic 3

Do I have to push that little spring wheel don or how do I have to do it.

Just put the spring onto the wheel. No need to push. Pic 1 is for showing you where the wheel is. Pic 3 is how it looks when it’s done.

Installing watch parts can be tricky, but you’re on the right track by consulting the instruction guide and videos.
